Forever Straigth

We all know that usually windows and doors made of natural wood with the passage of time are sometimes destabilized by drying the pieces and this produces the ""fall"" of the sheet, both window and door. On the other hand if the product was created with a main frame and internally it was filled with a natural wood board, between both different dilatations are produced, producing cracks in the board. In products with many years and mainly those that are exposed to many daily hours of sun, you can appreciate all these defects. Therefore I thought that a definitive solution to avoid these deformations and cracks, we should use whole plates similar to plywood. Taking a plate as the central and glueing to this other plates in front and behind, in order to create a design with relief, then we will obtain a very stable product and that will never deform over the years. Consideration should be given to the adhesives to be used that must be resistant to moisture and that the products are not very exposed to rain, at least they should be behind the facade within the thickness of the walls. They should be painted with high quality wood protectors.
