The principle is to design prefabricated box then assembled together on site. This box has the particularity of being composed of two compartments, one compartment for insulation and one for placing rubble. The filling of these two compartments is done directly on site with local materials both for insulation and for the rubble resulting from deconstruction in the surroundings. There are various advantages to this box principle. First of all it allows to have a light wooden structure with Kerto LVL which can be easily assembled and dismantled to infinity. Then for the walls we gain inertia with the rubble and also good thermal insulation. For floors this will provide sound insulation with the rubble. Dimensions : thickness : 30 cm width : 1,2m length : 2,5m (wall) 4-6m (roof) Assembly : RICON® and WALCO® V 60/80
