Clickmodul is a fast-assembly bond for invisible joints at jointing and fixing elements. Elements connect to one another with a click, without being glued and pressed. Joining items with 'click' and without gluing, shortens production time of the final product. The assembly of elements with the 'click' technique is easy and, due to the absence of adhesives, also ecological. It can be used for fixing panels in construction, for assembling furniture, assembling terracotta laths or drying of door frames. Clickmodul could be available as a strip, which is simply cut with a saw and screwed on to worked object or cut out from panels edge.

Key benefit

Fast mounting, modular bouilding and ecological

Material list

Clickmodul could be made from Kerto or Birch plywood.

Ecological values

Clickmodul could be used without glue and made from wood wich is more sustainable.

  • Economical span (mm)
  • Thickness (mm) 30
  • Airbourne sound reduction factor (dB)
  • Impact sound transmission (dB)
  • Resistance to fire class
  • Thermal properties

  • As mentioned before, the possibilities of providing by CNC machining technology are given. When machining there is to be noted, that depending on material thickness and grain direction, LVL or plywood materials can lose on strength and stability. This is important to think about, on the design of the counterpart connection.
  • With the latest CNC machining of material, it should not be a problem to create this connection system. If the connector is separate from the panel, it will also allow on site adjustment, in case something has changed since the design was created.
  • Ease-of-click certainly is a benefit. I'd question the system in two ways: some locking system could be suitable, to avoid "unclick" where uplift loads happen in the structure. Also, male part of the clip could be available as a strip too, rather than milling in panels.
