''ITEM 11'' is an introduction of simple, rectangular Kerto LVL elements that are sized in various transportable dimensions and can easily be mounted once on site without challenges. From Buea to Bamenda, Helsinki to Hamburg, Virginia to Vancouver, this design proposal is a perfect response to address the shortages of ''takeaway'' restaurants on the highway. The timber construction is sustainable, simple and fast to build. The restaurant is designed on a footprint of 80 m² (14.42 m x 5.40 m) and can accommodate 30 guests at any given time. Outdoor spaces provide additional sitting possibilities. The eco-friendly design is characterized by two modular systems dividing the ground and upper floors respectively.
