New baloon Kerto

132

Description

This new and old system is designed to solve the external and internal load-bearing walls that will make up a tall building. Unlike the platform system, this, the baloon considers the walls of all levels as a single structural piece, formed by continuous vertical pillars, in this case Kerto beams. To give rigidity and stability to the walls, the studs are crossed on both fronts with Kerto beams separated from each other. (The calculator will determine if it is necessary to place steel crosses). The intermediate floors are created by placing the horizontal beams connected to their corresponding studs and taking advantage of their support on the horizontal beams of the walls. This system allows the passage of pipes in horizontal and vertical position. This is a marked difference with the CLT system. Free spaces between studs and cross beams can be filled with materials such as: concrete, prepared earth, cellulose, gypsum and straw, etc. A system like this will consume less wood compared to the CLT.

Key benefit

More structure and less wood.

Material list

Kerto beams, glue and screws.

Ecological values

Consume less wood increasing its structural resistance, for the construction of tall buildings.
